Counterweight Systems, Vacuum Lifters, Telehandlers and Mini Crawler Cranes
Heavy equipment is one of the most important aspects for any construction site. Whether you are building a new house or renovating an old one, heavy machinery will be necessary to complete your project. However, there are so many different types of heavy equipment available that it can be difficult to know which ones you need and how they work. The Zone Group guide will help you navigate the world of heavy machinery so that you can find what you need quickly and easily!
The first thing you need to know is that there are three different types of heavy equipment:
*Counterweights Systems – Counterweight systems attach to cranes and allow you to lift heavier objects safely. This type of system works by balancing the weight inside a crane so that more weight can be lifted without increasing your risk for damage or injury. They usually have an internal winch which allows it to control tension while operating, making sure everything stays balanced at all times. If you want something even safer than counterweights but don’t mind sacrificing some range in mobility, then eXtra Terrestrial Hovercrafts might be what you’re looking for!
Elevators/Lift Tables – Elevator tables come in many different shapes and sizes from hand trucks all the way to massive machinery. They are usually used for transporting items within a building so that you don’t have to carry them up or down stairs, saving your workers time and energy. There are many different types of lift tables available, including ones specifically designed for moving heavy objects through tight spaces where other machines just won’t fit!
*Vacuum Lifters – Vacuum systems attach directly onto an object using suction cups which allows it to be lifted off the ground with minimal effort on your part. They can even hold very large weights without needing any additional support from other equipment! This makes vacuum lifters perfect if you need something moved but don’t want anything getting damaged along the way by falling over during transport.
Telehandlers – Telehandlers are used to lift heavy objects over short distances, usually with the help of an operator. They work by using a telescoping arm which extends downward towards your object so that it can be picked up and moved without any issues.
Mini Crawler Cranes – Mini crawler cranes are smaller than traditional construction cranes since they don’t need as much space for transport or storage purposes. This makes them perfect if you’re working on a project where there isn’t very much room to move around! However, mini crawler cranes do have several drawbacks compared to their larger counterparts such as reduced stability and range in movement capabilities due to size limitations; however these downsides shouldn’t matter too much if you only plan on moving small.
